Smart Fertilization System using IoT Sensors and Cloud

This project implements a smart fertilization system that uses IoT sensors to measure soil nutrient levels and control fertilizer application. The data collected from the sensors is sent to a cloud platform, where it is analyzed. Based on the analysis, the system adjusts the fertilizer levels and ensures that crops get the appropriate nutrients at the right time. The system helps reduce the overuse of fertilizers, improving both crop yield and environmental sustainability.
