This project demonstrates an IoT-enabled smart farming system designed for precision agriculture. It uses sensors to measure parameters such as soil pH, temperature, and moisture content. Data from these sensors is sent to a cloud platform where it is analyzed to make decisions about irrigation, fertilization, and pest control. The goal of this project is to optimize farm management and increase crop yield while minimizing resource usage.
